All requests for refunds/attendance cancellations must be received by March 24, 2025.
Refund checks will be processed approximately 30 days after the conclusion of the conference. Refund requests should be submitted via email to deshaunalexander1@gmail.com .
Requests received starting March 25, 2025 will not be honored and all monies paid beforehand will be forfeited.
Requests for attendance substitutions within colleges/universities should be communicated via email no later than Friday, March 28, 2025 to tabora.temple@wiregrass.edu.
Onsite registration is permitted as space is available and at the discretion of the conference committee chairperson (all applicable late fees will apply).
